A happy Winooski JFK Elementary 3rd grade class thanks the Colchester-Milton Rotary Club for another successful My Wet Shoes project.

This years My Wet Shoes project is combining our Rotary theme:

Engage Rotary and Change Lives

With the 3rd grade theme of Literacy Changes Lives

Part of the literacy efforts includes cooking classes and creating a recipe book by each student.

After reading The Keeping Quilt this month the students decided to learn more about challah bread and made challah French toast.

They also used food coloring to paint designs on their bread before cooking.

The video was just a brief message to the Colchester Milton club from the Winooski JFK Elementary - Mrs. Goetz 3rd grade class - for making it happen
